Questions families ask

Plain answers, no jargon.

If your question isn't here, just call — a real person will talk it through with you.

What is it, really?

A small pendant you wear, called the Keeper, plus a simple way to ask about your day. It quietly remembers what happens around you, and when you forget something, you ask out loud and it tells you.

Does my information go onto the internet?

No. This is the heart of it: everything the Keeper holds stays on your own equipment, in your own home. Nothing is sent to any outside company, nothing is stored in a distant cloud, and nothing is ever sold or shared.

Is it hard to use?

No. There are no screens, no apps to learn, and no buttons to press. You wear it, and you ask it questions the way you'd ask a person. We handle everything technical.

Who is it for?

People living with memory loss — after a brain injury or stroke, or with the changes of age — and the families and caregivers who help them stay independent.

Do I need a computer or know-how?

Not at all. We come to your home, set everything up, and train you and whoever helps you. From then on, it just works.

What about the people around me — is it recording them?

The Keeper keeps a record of your day to help you. You're always in control of what's kept and for how long, and you can erase anything at any time. When we set it up, we'll walk through using it considerately with the people in your life.

What does it cost?

A one-time Home Setup from $299 (we bring the Keeper and set it all up), then a small monthly plan from $49 for ongoing support and check-ins. Every situation is a little different — we'll give you an honest quote, with no obligation.

What if something goes wrong?

You call us, and a real person answers and makes it right — not a help line on the other side of the world. Keeping it running is our job, not yours.

Can we erase things, or stop anytime?

Yes. You own your information and your decision. You can erase what you like whenever you like, and there's no long contract holding you in.

Where do you serve?

Central Texas, and a bit beyond — close enough to come to your door. Call and we'll tell you if you're in range.

Still wondering?

Ask us anything.

A short, friendly call — no pressure. Tell us your situation and we'll answer honestly.
