About Memsist

Your memories should stay yours.

We started Memsist because the tools that could help people with memory loss were being built the wrong way — and the people who needed them most were being left out.

Why we made this

The help existed. The trust didn't.

Memory loss — after a brain injury, a stroke, or simply with age — is quietly isolating. The thread of an ordinary day starts to fray, and with it some of a person's independence and confidence.

Technology can genuinely help. But the gadgets that promise it are sold as do-it-yourself cloud products: set up an account, learn an app, and hand your most private moments to a company that keeps them on its servers. For an older person, or someone recovering from an injury, that's two walls at once — too hard to use, and impossible to trust.

We thought it should be the other way around. The technical part should be ours. The privacy should be absolute. And there should be a real person on the other end of the phone.

What we believe

Four promises we don't bend on.

01
It stays home
Your day lives on your own equipment, never on anyone's cloud. That's the whole point.
02
It stays simple
No screens, no accounts, no troubleshooting. If it's complicated, we've failed.
03
Real people
We come to your home, we train your family, and we answer when you call.
04
With dignity
This is a support for living independently — offered plainly, without pressure or fear.

Who we are

A WholeTech service.

Memsist is offered by WholeTech, a Central Texas technology outfit that has spent years quietly keeping things running for people who'd rather not think about technology at all. This work grew out of a simple, firsthand understanding of what it's like to lean on a tool to hold onto your own days — and a conviction that such a tool should never cost you your privacy.

We're small, local, and we mean to stay that way: close enough to drive to your door, and to still be here when you call next year.

Let's talk it over

Tell us about your situation.

A short, honest conversation — no pressure, no jargon. We'll tell you plainly whether we can help.
